Seller should send someone tracking the production, installation, use, identifying problems and timely treatment. 4). Seller shall provide free training services and assign someone to be responsible for contact with the service matters. Main training basic structure of the device, the main components of the structure and handling. Daily use operation, maintenance and management, common faults such as that is not the same type of equipment used, the equipment needed to function accordingly technical training , training Location: in Seller's factory. |
| 11 | After-sales service | 1).Completion acceptance, The whole screen warranty 3 years(Module Quality 3 years, control card and power supply 1 year). Warranty: 3 years, counting from the goods arrival at destination port. Warranty period, simple questions can be solved by telephone or network technical guidance and support, if not, Seller should arrange technical personnel arrived at buyer's place soon after both sides discussion. 2). After the warranty period , equipment maintenance can be negotiated and confirmed by both seller and buyer (Change the material price according to the market price charged). |
